We offer a full service for projects over £30,000 or more, but for a smaller fee will help you figure out how to get the best out of your project, regardless of size, helping your develop your brief, finalise an appropriate solution and guide you through a range of processes. This can range from us helping you with an initial design to helping you obtain obtaining planning permission, tendering and subsequent Building Control approval, through to final construction and completion – all for a competitive single quote, provided before you start any work at all.
