We offer a full service for projects over £30,000 or more, but for a smaller fee will help you figure out how to get the best out of your project, regardless of size, helping you develop your brief, finalise an appropriate solution and guide you through a range of processes. This can be from us helping you with an initial design to then obtaining the required

Approvals, and whilst we undertake the full range of project services, we can tailor the service to suit your needs on domestic projects, often obtaining Planning and Building Regulation Approvals to allow the client's builder to complete the project.

Having had experience of over 1,000 projects to date, we can give you peace of mind that we have deep experience, strict criteria covering insurance, and quality control management systems.

Regardless of how modest you think your project is, if you work with us your project will be overseen by a Director, on even the smallest domestic extension.
